Every week, you see whether each worker got their pay. They confirm it themselves, with no amounts shown.

On the first day, you show the worker the job, the hazards and the equipment. Then you confirm it in your portal, in a few seconds. For each worker, you also see: work authorization verified, safety welcome done, protective equipment given.
In weeks 1, 4 and 12, the portal asks you how it's going. And a button to request a replacement is always there. We arrange the replacement with you.

- How long does it take to get workers?
- For two or three people, often in less than a week. For a large team, we give you an exact date on the first call.
- Do I have paperwork to do?
- Almost none. The worker is our employee: we handle pay, deductions, tax slips, vacation, statutory holidays and CNESST. You welcome the worker, show them the job and the safety rules, and approve their hours.
- What if a worker isn't a good fit?
- We send another one. And we pay for their training.
- What if I want to keep a worker for good?
- You can. You pay a hiring fee, one time only. The price is written in the agreement from the start. No surprises.
- Where do you work?
- In the Quebec City region: Quebec City (Lebourgneuf, Charlesbourg, Beauport, Sainte-Foy), Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures, L'Ancienne-Lorette and, on the South Shore, Lévis and Saint-Nicolas. Our office is in the Lebourgneuf area. We drive workers to your plant.
- Are your workers covered by the CNESST?
- Yes. We're registered with the CNESST, the workplace injury insurance. Every worker is covered from their first day. And each one is paid by direct deposit. Always.
- How much do you pay the workers?
- The same wage as your employees who do the same work. It's the law. That's why we ask you for that wage before we start.
- Who provides safety equipment?
- It depends on the job: sometimes you, sometimes us. It's written in the agreement before day one. On site, you also explain the safety rules to the worker: the law requires it.
The portal, in three questions.
- Who sees what in the portal?
- You see the workers at your site (name, photo, job), their hours, the days they worked, when they're late or absent (without the reason), arrival and departure on a map, and your invoices. Several people from your company can each have their own access. You see nothing about other clients. You don't see the workers' address, phone, email or wages.
- Can the hours be changed?
- The exact arrival and departure time is never erased: we keep it as proof. In the portal, you see the time that counts for pay and for the invoice. If we correct a day you've already received, you see the hours before, the hours after and the reason. Is an hour wrong? You click “I disagree” and tell us why. Once a week is approved, it doesn't change.
- What do you do with the worker's location?
- It's recorded only on arrival and departure, and only if the worker said yes. No tracking during work. You only see it for your own workers. It's deleted after twelve months.
