How it works
Three ways, no more
We don't sell ten products. We sell three. The only difference: who the worker's boss is.
Permanent staff
We search and we choose. You hire. The worker is your employee from day one.
For whom: the job will last, but you don't have time to search.
Temp to perm
The worker starts at your place as our employee. You see them work. If it works out, you hire them. If not, we send someone else.
A hiring fee applies. It's written in the agreement from the start.
Where we place
Five sectors. Hard jobs.
No diploma needed. You have to show up every day and keep going: in the cold, on your feet, fast.
Food processing
Sorting, cutting, packing, preparing orders in the cold. With strict hygiene rules.
Assembly and production lines
Metal, wood and other mass-produced goods. A fast pace, dust, heavy loads and safety equipment.
Warehousing, transportation and moving
Loading and unloading trucks, preparing orders. And truck drivers (Class 3 licence) when needed.
Cleaning and disinfection
Hotels, public places, plants. Often early in the morning, late at night or on weekends.
Construction, renovation, landscaping
Here, we send people who already know the trade.

These aren't options. It's how we work, whether it's one person for three days or ten for a season.
- Paperwork
- The worker is our employee. Pay, deductions, tax slips, vacation, statutory holidays, CNESST: we do it all. And you sign the agreement online, in your portal. In your portal, you see for each worker: work authorization verified, safety welcome done, protective equipment given.
- Plant visit
- Before we send anyone, we come see the work: the cold, the loads, the pace, the schedule.
- Transportation
- We drive the workers to your door, on time.
- CNESST insurance
- We're registered with the CNESST. Every worker is covered from their first day.
- Direct deposit
- All workers are paid by direct deposit. Never in cash.
- Visible hours
- You see the hours in your portal. You approve them before the invoice.
- Replacement
- A worker isn't a good fit? We send another one, and we pay for their training.
